I discovered my passion for mental health at a young age, fascinated by the brain and its incredible ability to create new neural pathways. This curiosity led me to explore holistic health, where I learned how to nurture the balance between my mind, body, and spirit. Over time, I started noticing real shifts in my perspective and began to find my way out of spaces where I once felt hopeless or stuck. This journey sparked my desire to help others, so I pursued my Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health Science and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I wanted to be there for people, guiding them through life’s unexpected and often painful challenges.
As a therapist, I’m trained in EMDR, which allows me to work with the subconscious mind to lessen the impact of trauma and other heavy struggles. I also serve as a Prepare and Enrich facilitator, helping pre-marital and married couples navigate communication, intimacy, and those challenging patterns that can get in the way of connection. I’m deeply passionate about working with individuals—whether adolescents, teens, or adults—who are navigating issues like confidence, trauma, spirituality, codependency, perfectionism, grief, anxiety, life transitions, or depression.
In our work together, I take a holistic approach and prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up as your true self and grow. I often look at things through a trauma and attachment lens to uncover the root causes of your pain and struggles, so we can begin to heal together.
If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation or just have any questions, I’d be honored to hear from you and walk alongside you on this journey. :)
