Arielle Arnett, MA, LAC
Licensed Associate Counselor
Throughout my life, I’ve been deeply impacted by those who slowed down and held space for me—and it’s this gift that inspired me to pursue a career as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I’m honored to walk alongside others through their challenges, offering a space to explore life’s difficulties with openness and self-compassion. I’m committed to cultivating a safe space for you to discover deeper self-understanding, foster meaningful connections, and pursue life change. While the journey may feel daunting, I believe it’s one worth taking, and I’d be honored to walk with you wherever it may lead.
I am passionate about working with individuals—from early adolescence through adulthood—as well as with couples, to navigate a variety of challenges, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, integration of faith, and trauma recovery. I received a B.S. in Health and Behavioral Science from Liberty University and most recently, I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical experience has allowed me to work in a unique range of settings including community mental health, collegiate athletics, and private practice. These experiences have grown my passion to create a holistic counseling space that welcomes creativity, cultivates collaboration, and pursues authenticity.
When I'm not working as a counselor, I love to enjoy life's simple moments, one’s filled with coffee, rest, and time outside. These activities invite me to unwind, delight in moments of rest and great joys, and treasure quality time with loved ones.
