(Scheduling end of July 2025)

We all have moments in life when we are vulnerable, and yet some of our most vulnerable individuals can be overlooked at times—our children and adolescents. It's imperative to acknowledge and address their needs, as they navigate through some of
the most crucial developmental phases of life.

Having worked in the education field for nearly 20 years, with the last decade as a general education classroom teacher, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the myriad challenges and triumphs experienced by young minds. There is an
unparalleled joy in spending time with children, assisting them through their journey, and fostering their growth.

Each child has a unique story, a distinct background, and individual needs that must be understood and met. Effective counseling goes beyond imparting knowledge; it involves creating a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves freely,
confront their fears, and develop their strengths.

With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a teaching certificate, I have laid the foundation for my educational expertise. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, further equipping myself with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide comprehensive support to children and adolescents in a clinical setting.

I would love to work with you as you face the unique needs of your family, and together we can provide them with the support and care they deserve. Through my collaborative approach to counseling, we can empower them to overcome challenges and forge a path of hope. I look forward to working with you and your families.
