Parents of LGBTQ+ Kids Support Group

Purpose of Workshop:
To facilitate a supportive and collaborative space for parents to discuss and process challenges they face in raising LGBTQIA-identifying children
Goals of Group:
Equipping Parents: Provide resources and strategies for communicating and relating to their children regarding sexual and gender orientation.
Community Support: Offer a safe space for parents to ask questions and share experiences with others on similar paths.
Strengthening Relationships: Address potential relational strains within marriages and families.
Cost of Workshop:
$75 per person per week

We are happy to support having open and honest conversation about how faith can coexist with supporting an LGBTQ+ child. However, this will be a clinical support group focusing relational health and attachment without an emphasis on theological viewpoints.

We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to join for one week. There will unfortunately be no reimbursement and you will be expected to return the following week unless otherwise communicated.

This is a key ingredient to the workshop. In a nutshell, everything that is said in the group room stays in the group room. During the sign-up process, you will sign confidentiality agreements that will detail how confidentiality will work but rest assured your story is sacred and safe.
