Shannon has spent years working with adolescent girls and with children in foster care. It is through this experience that her gentle, empathic therapeutic approach has been formed. She is currently gaining experience in working with clients using family systems, cognitive, and psychodynamic approaches to healing. She believes that hope and resilience are powerful foundations for addressing life’s pain and that through the therapeutic relationship, individuals can experience wholeness and renewed hope.
