“Life can come with deep hurts and hardships; and sometimes we get stuck. Fortunately, our brains – like our bodies – are built to heal and grow, especially in the context of healthy relationship. We are all born with the innate drive and capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. And we’re designed to do all of that together, in community.”
