Licensed Associate Counselor

I am honored you are on this page. Reaching out takes courage, vulnerability, and humility and I am grateful you are considering counseling.

I have a background in global immigration, relocation, and tech, however, in the midst of changing cities and jobs I could not deny the burgeoning passion I felt for pursuing counseling. I realized that I love to engage in people’s stories and I wanted to turn that into my career, which led me to obtain my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree and Trauma Certificate from Wheaton College near Chicago.

My heart’s desire is to come alongside individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and trauma, specifically those who feel confusion, hurt, and anger because of past church hurt, who want to explore their sexuality but are not sure how, and who wonder what their next career step is but feel uncertain about achieving that next step.

I also love partnering with couples and families who feel stuck perhaps in conflict or communication patterns to find their voice so that each member feels empowered and valued appropriately.

My hope is to create and hold space for each person to be listened to and validated, heard and seen, and to equip each person, couple, and family with knowledge, skills, and tools to be their fullest self. This is so the pain and hurt become your biggest upside-down blessing – your new springboard to a better and healthier you.
